Delivery Policy
We expect to deliver most items within 5 days (sooner if possible). We do however ask you to wait up to 10 days for delivery.

Deliveries will be made via Royal mail or a courier, a signature may be required.

Shires Hampers delivers to the UK, any international deliveries please email us before purchasing.

Our postage rates vary according to the weight of an item. All delivery costs are listed with the product.

Packaging

Wherever possible we recycle boxes to send our items to you. They may not be particularly nice, but the contents are as lovely as you’d expect. The most important thing is that your items arrive safely.

Returns

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.  On occasions we know you may want to return items so below is our returns policy.

When returning items to us it is your responsibility to ensure that the items arrive safely.

Please return the goods in their original condition, do not remove any tags from the items and repack them to insure that the product is not damaged on its return journey.

We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post, therefore we would always recommend keeping proof of postage, so that you are covered in the event of a missing parcel.

Please return any items within 14 days of receiving them.
